no kiss goodnight --
driving home under
a half-empty moon

- This is our annual reminder that July 6 is International Kissing Day and July 7 is Chocolate Day. Find out much more and check out related haiku and senryu at the f/k/a post "let's celebrate kissing and chocolate" (July 5, 2008). Despite what the nuns told us in grammar school, kisses and chocolate are heavenly. "simply senryu" is celebrating, too, today.
