IV: 013 (Leap Day Schmeap Day)

As featured yesterday at f/k/a (with special poems by famed female haijin), February 29 was Leap Day -- when unmarried ladies get to propose to single men. Inexplicably, dagosan's email and phone lines were no busier than usual.
